Thank you for expressing your interest in this year's Fall 2023 Chicanx Latinx Graduation held in Spanish and English! Please review the available information regarding this year's fall graduation.
You are required to provide your program information. You can provide your program information through the following Fall 2023 program information link
The information you provide is what will be included in the program such as your name, major/minor or graduate program, and personal statement. The name you provide through the link above is what will be read out loud during the graduation ceremony.
We recommend filling out the linked form before coming in to pay for your registration fee.
Paying for Registration
In addition to providing your program information, you are required to pay for a non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee to participate is $20. Your registration fee must be paid in advance and in-person at the Latinx Student Resource Center (Hearst Field Annex, Building B) during our open hours (Monday-Thursday 10 am-6pm; Friday, 10 am-5 pm). Please ask for pro-staff (Gladys, Lupe, Alexandra, and/or Evelyn) in order to pay for your registration. With the upcoming academic/admin holidays coming up, please be sure to visit our Instagram page for updates on changes in our hours.
Registration includes tickets for the graduate (you) and 2 loved ones who will across the stage with you!
Registration can be paid with cash or via Venmo. Registration is non-refundable.
The deadline to submit your program information is Thursday, November 30th at 11:59 PM PST.
The deadline to pay for registration is Thursday, November 30th at 6:00 PM PST.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE BOTH PARTS WILL RESULT IN YOUR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CEREMONY.
General admission tickets are $5 each. Graduates will be able to purchase up to six (6) tickets. If additional tickets may become available this will be communicated to registered graduates directly via email. We will communicate to registered students when and where they will be able to purchase their General Admission tickets after the registration deadline.
Registered students are invited to submit their ADA accommodation request(s) by emailing our office at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Fall 2023 Graduation - ADA Accommodation Request." We ask that students submit their requests as soon as possible for our team to prepare.
