About the Chicanx Latinx Graduation Celebration

The Chicanx Latinx Student Development Office and the Chicanx Latinx Studies Program co-host UC Berkeley’s Chicanx Latinx Graduation Celebration. This event celebrates graduating students – undergraduate and graduate – from all colleges and schools across the university.

In order to participate in this celebration, students must register by the provided deadlines (varies by semester and year).

This event is open to all UC Berkeley students, regardless of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected class status. UC Berkeley is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes participants from all backgrounds.

As a reminder, due to limited capacity and funding for each graduation celebration, students are only able to participate in one Chicanx Latinx graduation celebration per degree type (e.g., B.A./B.S., M.A./M.S., or Ph.D./terminal degree) attainment.
