Get Involved with APASD

APASD internships are available for students to apply for every academic year.

Applications for APASD internship positions will be available on this page at the end of spring semester. Check back in March to see available intern positions.

For other ways to get involved with APASD consider volunteering! Volunteering is a great way to get to know what happens in APASD, the current interns and prepare you for your application. Stop by the office located at 249 Chavez to inquire about volunteer opportunities today!

Want to learn more about APASD? Passionate about Asian American and Pacific Islander communities and issues? Be a volunteer in APASD. You can contribute as little as 3 hours a week in the office or volunteer to help at a program. Some examples of volunteer opportunities include:

  • Get involved with the Asian Pacific Islander Issues Conference that happens every year.
  • Help update our ongoing list of off campus internships by doing research and maintaining our google doc.
  • Support a Program Intern at their program by distributing and collecting program evaluation forms.
  • Help the Director with administrative tasks.
