Cal Self Defense for All

CSDA

Cal Self Defense for All (CSDA) is a program that addresses violence and harassment in our community by empowering members of our community to know about the problem, develop personal strategies, and learn about physical resistive techniques in a supportive environment. CSDA began with workshops using the R.A.D. for Women* curriculum.

This academic year, we are partnering with Impact Bay Area to provide Intro to Personal Safety, Intro to Impact, and specific programming addressing the needs of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer (LGBTQ+) community on campus.

*We welcome all UC Berkeley affiliates and community members who experience life through the lens of woman in body, spirit, identity - past, present, future, and fluid.
